Actually, I am trying to translate it myself, since the published Chinese version is full of errors. So you can expect many more questions from me. ;)

Too bad all these connotations are lost when translated into Chinese. :( I am only able to get across that he seems unable to see the time on his watch. But that's still much better than the published Chinese version, which says:"There is nothing unusual."
