wow, yeah, first among equals, I guess (as enlightened as I think
myself) I've always thought of the Father as 1st among the Trinity.

but if we perceive the Trinity as coexisting simultaneously, and
working as different phases of the same process...
then the charismatic individual or lawgiver's or monarch's continuous
inspiration acts in concert with the group of subservient powers (the
Son, or House of Lords - like in that Peter O'Toole vehicle, The
Ruling Class)
and the day to day interactions person to person simultaneously taking
place under the aegis of the anarchist miracle of the Paraclete
any party of which, in our sublunary sphere, can go bad and devolve
into violence, and mob violence would be the misapplication of the
Paraclete, which is what he's talking about on page 524: "...mob
violence, like tourism [assumption: this would be the Baedeker, or
benevolent, application of the Paraclete?], is a kind of communion. By
its special magic a large number of lonely souls, however
heterogeneous, can share the common property of opposition to what
is."

one might read further and impute a Catholic vision, yet the
attraction of the Albigensian vision - as mentioned in SL preface and
evidenced in the jongleur Falconiere - is already at play isn't it?
