TR Otto's comic presence reminds of C3PO from Star Wars

C3PO himself is an imitation human affecting an
(in my opinion) accent that really pissed people off throughout
the movies (a comic foil I suppose)

I truly doubt Lucas intended that but I thought
C3PO proved a perfect straight man to Han Solo
or maybe Han was the straight man's insight?

just like Elmer Fudd to Bugs Bunny's witticisms

although I felt Elmer was authentic versus C3PO
