TP - Anarchy golf (almost)

We can be pretty sure that this wasn't what TP had in mind. Still, should he 
come across this piece of news perhaps it would strike him as funny, albeit 
ironically so. 

    It still doesn't sound fun to me. But I do get a kick out of these fatcats 
cheating to play more like pros and then trying to justify and institutionalize 
it. Makkes ya wonder what they do in their business practices?
