"As for real world, I was using real figuratively. Like in get real
or face the facts, nontheoretical, nonidealistic."

"As psychologist Kurt Lewin said many years ago, there is nothing more
practical than a good theory.'

Yeah. Whether that is 'true' or not, there are no nontheoretical facts.

So we could talk about the theoretical framework that Obama lives in
rather then suggesting he lives in the REAL WORLD.

In a world of dueling theories, war is inevitable. It's all about
making a claim on our theory and fighting to the death for it.

We're doing it here on the list, now. Not to the death as far as I can tell.

But a miniature version of it.

There's no way out.

Sun's going to blow up eventually. We're just little suns blowing up
on a daily basis, and our actions have no more intentionality or
purpose than a tsunami or catastrophic earthquake.
