Well, i think William Gaddis deserved the prize....

I had reading time today and after rereading (much of chap 5) in morn, am 
reading later in the
book in the beautiful....

yes, hilarious as Erik first said...another party BUT

one of them, maybe Esther, actually comes out w a sadly pathetic bit of psychic 
self=protection, let's call it,
THAT I had just occured to me in last few days, although I also told myself 
there was something wrong with 

such self-protection......all of which I may revael when we get there int he 
book........

So, keep reading all.....post....hilarity ensues...................
