GR translation: headborn anorexias and constipations

Anorexia and constipation cover both ends of eating.  The first shuts
off intake.  The second shuts off release.  "Headborn" in this context
would mean psychosomatic, meaning caused by the mind, not "real"
physical causes (as opposed to the "bombed out, frozen, starved,
meanly sheltered).  Pointsman's experience is with "genteel" symptoms,
imagined, not real.
