Advanced nations? What a stupid phrase. How arrogant. Americans assume
they must have a great health care plan because they can buy it. The
certainly can afford it, right?  There is more to great health than
money can buy. The assumption is the problem. America doesn't get a
better health care plan just because its an "advanced nation." America
doesn't want a better health care plan, not if it is going to have to
do without a bunch of things it is not willing to do without.
