The spread of global capital will continue. Why? Because more people
want it. It's working for so many. For these people, the rich are not
the wall streeters but the citizens of America and Europe and the
developed world. The poor are making huge progress; first by getting
healthy, getting born and staying alive longer, second by getting out
of the cycle of poverty.  These poor say, give me life, food,
technology, and peace. The world is catching up. The haves got to get
used to having less.
