I very much appreciate how he describes the "weary cynicism" of recent
political realities-perception.  It is the same as the "Oh Dear-ism"
that Rich pointed us to:

"this is exactly the point of the great Adam Curtis' short film "oh, Dear"-ism."

May this "movement" grow, and may it shake up the cynicism of the US press!
