Well, as I wrote "knew" not "new" blood I suspect some slip in my
malapropism that may have been blurted out by the idea that one can
hire half the working class to kill the other half, and I might add,
even if they are all brothers and the typical knew blood politics of
nepotism and favortism are accounted for. In any event, the vampire or
gothic element has always been there in American Literature. In a
recent read I mentioned, Middlesex, Jerome, brother of the Object of
desire, makes vampire movies. But the real blood sucker in the book is
Dr. Luce, a scientist with hippie trappings and an ego that knows no
boundaries.
