NP, Not WG, memory on 9/11 day---not about me

No nostalgia porn from me about me on this day but a reading memory has
surfaced.......
 
In one of those Best Essays of the Year books, don't have it handy, don't remember the year but that
it was before 2005, I think...
 
There was an essay I can't forget, by a law professor (or poly sci prof), female I think, in which she wrote
about the actions of the Flight 93 passengers under the perspective of our Constitutional right to be part of a militia----
which is what they did to decide to attack---which was done by democratic vote (no dissenters) , after 'meetings' and discussions--
quick and spontaneous of course)....and then the militia moved---"Let's Roll" --to defend the country.......
 
I am surprised this essay has not become more famous, more a part of our words about that day.
