Erasing David (2010)

Midway through a British documentary that's very Pynchonesque -
Londoner hires a surveillance firm to try to hunt him down and then
attempts to go off the grid to elude them for a month. Includes a lot
of revealing stuff about the incredible reams of information that are
gathered by governments and corporations and how these subtly but
insidiously effect our lives; also a lot on paranoia as a potentially
reasonable response to the culture of surveillance in which we live
(I've reached a point where the guy himself appears to be becoming
somewhat unhinged). Recommended for P fans.
