I came across a composer whose name I had not read since
before GR was published, maybe.[the essay is 1960] Charles Ruggles.....
(mentioned with Charles Ives) 

a virtual hermit with music written against the music of
most composers, I read...............

supposedly a composer whose music tried to express 
the mystical....

First,about that Ruggles name? Anyone know anything?
