fittingly, on this list who are rejecting my discussion questions,--what a
way to be told I'm asking the wrong questions, eh?--- so
I gotta try teaching again to save my dangling career.
And I know at least one person of this list who can top me on this
latest self-discovery, I'm sure. "You're the teacher, I'm the learner"
as my grandson says, while he prefers to educate ME about whatever.
I unearthed a paperback first acquired in the 60s, actually a 57
revised reprint of a 1941 book called The Crisis of Our Age by
P.A Sorokin. Sorokin was one of the giants in the first wave of
sociologists among whom was Weber, who perhaps among others we know TRP
built a vision with.
