Hmmm... if the pages / spreads are presented in the actual order they appeared, there should have been six more pages (three spreads) in the second half of the publication. At the very least, there are two pages (one spread) missing, as you need a page-count that is a multiple of four to produce a booklet this way. Perhaps just ads?
Does anyone on the list happen to have a copy of the program? Might you fill in the blanks?
