Well played, sir!  (Excuse me: ma'am.)  I particularly like the way
you use the punchline (three short words: "Japanese bond yields") to
let us all know that you are a sophisticate and a cognoscentum who
understands such things and that the rest of us do not.  It would be
interesting to see you try to try to grapple with what Krugman has
said, but that's not the nature of the act, is it?  Clever rhetorical
strategies indeed.
