It would be prudent to add that this Contract is not entirely out of the
Ordinary, in 2009 Winchester was awarded with a contract with a 200million
round potential (hollow point as well). Again 450million 200million is the
limit that these companies can manufacture without their contract being
re-evaluated. One must also consider the rather large Logistical Operation
when it comes to protecting our expansive Government Borders, under the DHS
jurisdiction is the Coast Guard among others.
I'm not saying this is officially 'debunked' but it also is not entirely
out of the ordinary, and to say with some gusto that it will be used on
American Citizens would be a stretch... considering that we operate
Gunboats along the Rio Grande for instance..
