(joking -- all i do know, at least i'm pretty sure, is that until the
trumped up recall of grey davis prevented his collecting the money
owed CA by Enron et al and Aahnold wrote it off, CA had, like, free
tuition at the state U system for residents, didn't it?  now they are
pulling that back the rat-bastard weasel republicans!0-;)
