pynchon mention in Sweet Tooth by Ian McEwan

And myself -

The memoir,  "The End of Your Life Book Club"  by Will Schwalbe is full of book titles which he and his dying mother discuss.  Mom encourages Will to read something  by Pynchon but Will never has - I don't think a specific title is named.
