Yes there's no reason that one couldn't toke an amarita pipe; unless it's fresh from the earth after a strong rain, then maybe not.  It's just such a pussy little peasant's drug.  There's no real magic involved in them.  Why not an Ecuadoran psilocybe cubensis, say 5 grams, or splurge and go for the 5g Copelandia, "enough to bring any man to his knees..."
