We have gotten a few words about a kind of pre-set history yet the possiblity
of changing the direction.....Scarsdale Vibe alludes to it.....
akin to Lew (and Erlys) being on one track in their life
then coming free?......

And so does the narrator use the phrase 'world-reversing'  to start the section on Tesla's July 4, 1899 experiment--
to show wireless electromagnetic connection...................

This electromagnetic communication---using light waves---is what comes next after the (mostly) natural light over the ranges
and harnessed light of streetlamps,etc...
