Not completely idle or idolatrous: presumably one's aspirations are
worthy, or one would not be looking for a moral center in the 1st
place.    And I did do a bullet point list based on more objective
considerations.

But, well, yeah, to some extent... (-;


Hypothesis:
Like the Dude's rug, between them Lew & Merle (a-and maybe Lake and
Stray (anyway them are the 2 that seem to me to be load-bearing in the
moral center dep't, amongst the women)) really tie the book together
