p. 937-8 yashmeen asks why not let the Powers--led by Austria jumping in--- fight? Why should anarchists 
care?
 
Because 'every small victory anarchism has struggled to win' would be lost.....[Remember at the beginning when
we were told it was the time of World-Anarchism by a Chum?] 
 
Here again is one of TRPs visionary anarchism (in theory) thrusts: 'Central governments were never designed for
peace. Their structure is line and staff [single up them lines], the same as an army. The national idea [italicized] 
depends on war.
