Pynchon eBook Trailer

Seems that an ability now to put in pagination for ebooks is growing 
and there are now ways.....
 
Scholars at Candlebrow asked how they could cite w/out them?

there are some innovations, in GR at least

It's a continuous scroll on the Kindle.  No pagination.

At least on the non touch screen Kindle you can reference the Viking 
pagination--couldn't figure out how to do this on the Kindle Fire I use 
for night reading.

Guess pagination is kind of 20th Century.
