We have spoken here of the huge Tower Jung built to work in. One of his
adult daughters, whom he felt had some kind psychic powers, visited
and said she smelt death, corpses.....
 
A few years later, when building an annex, a skeleton was unearthed.
Turns out there were maybe a dozen French soldiers buried on the property.
 
He also filtered his water into the Tower, since it lacked many plumbing amenities.
 
Enough stuff for one person---me at least---to think of the buried soldiers and a
filter in C of Lot 49.................
 
But, they could be ubiquitous facts of everyday life for the times......................
