I'm saying that the article you posted is ahistorical and sensationalist.

Some redoubt defenses have been abandoned, other maintained, some 
perhaps improved.

And if another country tries to invade Switzerland, the defense measures 
will certainly include blowing up the bridges.

This has nothing to do with paranoia.
