Back 26 years ago was before the major revision (1989), so you two got 
pretty much the same thing Slothrop seems to have been given or intuited 
by Sir Stephen.

An elevated  score in the 8 series  identified by malignd as 
schizophrenic doesn't mean the subject is actually schizophrenic. The 
names of the categories were a little provocative.  Learned this from 
peeking around the net including Wikipedia.
