Huh.  An HPB here had one for $75 in recent years.  Also ran across a
Lot 49 1st ed. over the weekend, albeit for $365 (mine cost me $125 +
$60, back when I could afford "investments," much less books).  Did
grab the "Entropy" + "Small Rain" "reprints" cheap.
