np - human genome and [non-]human evolution

It's been suggested to me that the data for human
consciousness time-shift has been encoded into the human genome at
consciousness' inception and will be activated by the galactic alignment around
the winter solstice.  A socialist-hopeful perhaps, good for planet earth, but pointless for all space.  While it makes genetic sense, it is
incomprehensible that seven billion humans will shift-consciousness into
capacities for connecting to other timespace dimensions.  It must be supposed that either these time-shifting
genes were progammed into or evolved by a certain strain of humans from its
beginning and have passed it on to a
relative small number of the human total, or the time-shift genes evolved at
some point or points in or throughout history or are new and of recent
evolution, or, in either case, or either way, human absorption of the psilocybe
might be required for genetic activation. 
Following that, it might be suggested that at any and each point
throughout human history where the basic human genome was enriched, the
ingestion of psilocybe was prerequisite, and, as prior supposed, ingested by
humans who have already evolved genes for the clarity of zero natural human
laws, morals, and commandments, that is to say, overmen.

 

It's also been pointed out to me that Nietzsche indeed
realized that every human decision has already occurred and recurred in the past, rather
than beginning now with each human's decision and recurring eternal from that
existence on, which would be a ridiculous idea for Nietzsche, or anyone else,
to engage.  And I agree.  That's why I thought on this point of the
recurrence I was special.  I have not
looked at the text in many years and will return to it now.
