Perhaps. I haven't actually read it. Saw a used copy in a bookstore a long time ago, the age of the pre-Internet bookstore, but I was working on other things at the time, and the price cut too much into my budget. However, I general wait to read something, not judging the book, especially from an academic press, by its title, as such titles are sometimes created with the librarian in mind, that is, for their obviousness.  

Perhaps someone here could enlighten us on the book's value or lack thereof? Or maybe an old P-Notes has a review?
