I often graffitied the muted post horn when I was in my twenties.  One time
I saw it in the restroom of Millie and Als, a bar that was somewhat
disreputable in Adams Morgan when Adams Morgan, DC when Adams Morgan was
somewhat disreputable, and I was did not know whether I had put it it
there.  I also remember seeing it on roadside barrier some place out when I
was hitchiking around the country in my early twenties.
