I mean, for gosh sakes, if you were really scared, you'd go inside and
shut the door.  or arm yourself with whatever's at hand, and walk
about with whatever cudgel was handy...or wake everybody up...


But if you wanted to mess with whoever you heard, because you're not
scared at all and you have a pret-ty good idea who it is, you would
say -
