Oh good! Going to the gym, are we. Keep focused on the gym for now, worry about working out FB later. Since you obviouly know everything lterary, and youre semi-old, have a goal of more pushups than pages read.
Last five years ive been eating a Lot of vitamins and supplements, gym in Chelsea between unholy benders. Looked like Pitt in Fight Club. Not face. That looks like William Macy. Since moving temporarily to Central City and being sober going on ten months and pushing lots of weights and even more supplements im looking more like Cruise in Mission Iv, which is apropos to me because of the very first prison scene of course.
You dont really need to do pushups at your age, but aerobics, good for you! Way to go, Orlando!

and there are opportunities (just like in drinking) to hurt oneself,
to overdo, to have weird encounters in pursuit of exercise
still sounds like a pale substitute? I dunno, 3 pushups and then
read 10 pages...repeat just a few times
or, one pullup and then a long stretch of lying down, hands over eyes
... or, a twenty to fifty yard dash, really fast, and then a quarter
mile walk, by which time quite often another dash seems like fun
(chariots of fire theme)
then, after a while group facilities become enticing... gym
conversations are as weird as bar conversations
recently broke my own rule and took 2 aerobics classes in a row, by
the end of the 2nd I missed a turn and was wiggling my butt when
everyone else was reaching for the sky or something...tres
embarrassing and tres fatigee after...
any trayvon connection? any pynchon connection - well, DL was always
workin' out...never missed a day...
