Also, tell Amazon that a different address does not obviate their return policies. Bastids...
The book is DEFECTIVE......(not just returnable cause you might not have liked it)
 
DEFECTIVE products have some kind of consumer protections....

So your copy at least does not have this particular defect, is that correct?

Meanwhile, Amazon just told me they cannot issue me a replacement
since my address has changed.  Instead, they offered me a 20% refund
to keep the book, or a full refund if I return it.  Well, I'm not sure
if I want a replacement if it's the same printing.
