But Regulations alone won't do much. The Boyz will find ways arond
them. JPM Ch is claiming that what it did was within the Regaulations.
And, well....sure. More Regs. Tougher Regs. Won't work.


Besides, we made of our Regulators, Firemen, the Fed and the
Regulators and so forth, can't keep putting out fires. We need the
Government to change the way we do business. And that is not going to
happen because there is not much in the balance and there is blood on
the wire.
