Back to ATD. Courier's Tragedy

There is another revenge/retribution plotline in AtD besides Webb and sons
against Vibe....

Theign by Cyprian when he realizes Theign basically shopped his death and had
Vlado killed.

Then Zlatko and Vastroslav do him in with echoes of Courier's Tragedy-like torture
and death.  

 What's it mean?
