Speaking of the Flood. I had an opportunity to read Genesis and then,
what, the next one after that, Luke, about six weeks ago.
My favorite part of of Genesis is how, oh shit lemme try to get this right,
who can remember this shit ever, okay the first thing Noah does when gets
off the boat, floods over terra firma all that, he makes a blood sacrifice,
then grows grapevines, gets hammered, gets nude, then casts a curse on not
his son who finds him nude, but that son's son. His grandson.
Who is...Canaan!
Then the whole rest of Genesis all the Jews ever do is go in and rape and
rob and murder the Canaanites until ultimately God gives the Jews the
land...because they were chosen! Fuck the Canaanites!
Canaan's sin? Having a drunk hateful spiteful ignorant pagan grandfather.
