The whole idea, not just the US part, is amusing.  How do you like the
outcome of the free and fair elections in the USA?  How about Iran?
How about pretty much any country that has "free and fair" elections.
Oh, they're not actually free and fair?  And how would you fairly
ensure that elections are free.
