GR translation: extrahuman anxieties

In this context, knowing the nature of bureaucratic power, that is:  "that
if there is a
life force operating in Nature, still there is nothing so analogous in a
bureaucracy. Nothing so mystical."  "Extrahuman anxieties" would be belief
in mystical causes, like "just" or "unjust."
