I hate to be one of these guys that asks, what does that mean in plain
english/ but it seems like you, Ian, might be able to break it down for a
brother...
it reminded me a bit of Close Encounters where the guy built the mountain
out of mashed potatoes
and also of a saying, can't remember where or who, "all worship requires an
altar, a space set aside and furnished for the purpose"
