I love some ways of modern communication. this woman, a literature grad student, tweeted---a tweet is just a short blog post---about finding many of the characters in AtD written as 'wish--fulfillment' ......used the unknown to me phrase, Mary Sueish. ( I missed Star Trek willfully).
seems it has some real lit crit currency, wikipedia link attached.
