Of course you were among the six dozen people I did send the mail to 
offlist! I sent eighteen mails, each addressed to four people; this 
particular mail was sent at 12h05 local time, your address was there 
together with the ones of Mike, Jánoz and Dave. Already got some offlist 
replies in the meantime, so I guess a good deal of the mails did 
actually arrive. But don't worry, right after this I'll send your mail 
again. And if anybody else did not get a copy, please contact me! I have 
no idea why that mail always disappears when I'm trying to send it to 
the list. Maybe it's the heat ... :-)
