Thomas Pynchon's New Heroine ...

This is sounding more and more like either William Gibson or Neal Stephenson (Reamde) and I'm delighted.    To paraphrase Wiki on Gibson's  Pattern Recognition:   a thriller set in  the "technocultural future-present."     I'm a fan of both Gibson and Stephenson and there's lots to be done in that "genre" (if that's what it is) and to have Pynchon using it (contributing,  adding,  whatever) is excellent!   (assuming he is,  of course)
