NP: Paris Hotel

I know that many of you have been to Paris, some of you more than
once.  Understanding that you don't neccessarily actually know the
hotels listed in the link below, does anybody familiar with Paris have
any opinion on them? We're looking at some of the lower priced, but
well rated rooms on this list that have "free cancelation."
Interesting is more important to us than fancy, but location,
location, location is the most important.
