I hardly would condone what states do to each other and peoples but it's
hard to argue that such states should act like moral actors. Most of us
can't be moral actors, hardly think states can. there's a constant
push/pull but reactions against state sponsored violence will also be that,
reactive. and there should be outcry and disgust. But it seems to me we're
always fighting one step behind events. I'm no more angry at the actions of
the U.S. than any other. It's a state like any other. we just believe our
rhetoric and bullshit more. It's all rather sad.
