Obama To Seek Approval From Congress For Syria Action

The Republicans were ready to hang him if he said go,   and/or hang him if he said no.  This way they can fight about it amongst themselves - maybe get off the unending Obama-care rants.  Also,  it gives him a good out if his heart really wasn't in it,   but he'd already kind of said we were going. -  (Note that:  "kind of said.")
