Horst's REEs and the Apple Jobs Mystery

Horst is looking into rare earths, or REEs, a market that China has a huge
endowment and comparative advantage in, though with ice melting in places
like Greenland, where ICE is talking about setting up his cheep labor
factories,  the supply is increasing. Still, these dangerous elements,
rare, so short in supply, are long in demand. So Horst is on to something.
And, of course, ICE is where you trade REEs. BTW, Maxine asks Reg if she
should short Microsoft, this after Reg takes a Temp job there. Of course
she should. Mainly because of Apple. Where is Apple in BE?
