Best books (fiction & non-fiction) of the 21st century?

If we're talking non-fiction my vote would be for Bloodlands. fiction would
be Adventures of Lucky Pierre 'cause who can't like a cartoon porn star.
may add Brunist Day of Wrath if it holds up to expectations next year.
