read it last year, and yeah, it's wonderful. I can see why TRP and Dick
Farina established a fan society of this novel (consisting of them two).
a-and, probably, this is where he picked up the idea of how to make the
protagonist absent from the novel, for everything there revolves around the
man yet we never quite see him.
